Congratulations! This year’s Wihuri Sibelius Prize was awarded to the Hungarian composer György Kurtág. The Wihuri Sibelius Prize is awarded tri-annually to prominent composers who have become internationally known and acknowledged for their contribution to the musical and cultural development of mankind.
